We really hope that you love your jewellery. At Libby and May we pour our passion into ensuring that every piece is made to the highest of standards. Before leaving our workshop all of our jewellery goes through quality control checks to ensure every creation is perfect.
We are only able to offer an exchange or refund if your jewellery is faulty. If we have made a mistake we will happily rectify this or refund you for your item. You must email us within 48 hours of receiving your order if this is the case. Unfortunately, our refund policy does not extend to damage occurred whilst in transit for delivery.
Items being returned to Libby and May for an exchange or refund must be returned in perfect condition, unworn and in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Once the item is received we will process a refund within 7 working days. We do not refund return postage costs or items lost in transit.
