Delivery Information

Libby and May jewellery is made with love and all pieces are made to order. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your order to be made and delivered. If you need your item sooner, then please contact us.

All our prices are inclusive of UK delivery.
Jewellery under the value of £150 will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. Royal Mail estimates 1-2 days for delivery. During busy periods this may take up to 5 days.
Jewellery £150 and over will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
All our jewellery will require a signature upon delivery.
You will be provided with a tracking number which can be tracked on https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at checkout. Refunds cannot be issued for items sent to the wrong address.

We are currently only able to accept on-line orders to addresses within the United Kingdom including the Channel Islands.  Purchases can be made from outside of the UK by contacting us. There will be a charge for postage in this case and you may be liable for import duties and taxes when the item arrives in your desired country.
